This blog is my love-blog, for lack of a better term. Most entries will simply be about how I feel for Lewis. Some may be a bit more graphic than others, but they will be tagged. One day, hopefully in the far off future (I’m too young!), Lewis and I will get engaged, get married, and there will be little children. At the moment, we are taking it slow. So this blog is working out what being in love is, to me. Interestingly, I am not the huge romantic in the relationship (or the literature student). So this is my writing our attempt for the beginning of a healthy life-long relationship. Every post will touch on Lewis, but there are other close people in my life, including my flat mate & two best friends from uni who will certainly be written about as well. Yes, some of my “real life” friends such as Bridget do read this. I don’t let Lewis read it, although he knows of the blog’s existence and I send him emails of most posts. He likes that I have my space.
As for me:
My name is Elizabeth. I am 22 years old, and I hold a BA in Religion. I hope to pursue a masters, probably in religious studies as well, although I studied 4 years of ancient greek & latin in undergrad. I speak English, Spanish, Latin, Greek and am taking night classes in French. My Italian is passable. My dream job would be to run a huge nonprofit. I am an organizational administrative sort of person, with a giant calendar in front of my desk at work and two colors of post it notes. I have lived in Europe, North America and South America. I went on holiday after graduating uni for a month to South Asia, and hope to go to Africa for the Football World Cup this coming summer. I am a very liberal (go Labour!) feminist (Lewis is more liberal than I, and just as feminist), and independent person.
